Dark Devices - The Plea: Enemy spawn rate bug

Since the hot fix that was applied in mid-October, we've been seeing reports that the Dark Devices FATE was adjusted/changed. However, we have confirmed with the Battle team that there have been no adjustments made to this specific FATE during the hotfix or subsequent updates.

Area and coordinates: 26x 23y
Steps:
1. Begin Dark Devices - The Plea
2. Kill Lunatic Priest or Lunatic follower
3. They do not immediately respawn

Prior to the Oct. 15th, 2013 update, the two enemies mentioned above would immediately respawn upon their death. This allowed for large chaining of these enemies for a great experience reward. This behavior changed post-update. The two enemies now have typical overworld enemy respawn time. Players are no longer able to utilize the quick respawn rate of these enemies in order to gain experience.
