Can't complete "In a Titan Spot"

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the quest, that opens the access to the Hard Mode of The Navel. I got the quest, but after attuning to the crystal I just get a message, that the Duty Finder has been updated and that the Navel (HM) is now accessable, but the quest is still in the journal and the duty finder hasn't been updated.
As the ingame GM-support wasn't able to help me out, I hope that someone here might have an answer. Just abandoning the quest and retake doesn't help either, as the quest is not abandonable.
