Didn't Yoshi post up a while ago that because so many people beat Titan(at whichever event) that each world(and every character in it) was going to receive these earrings? If so I never got any :( Unless there's a way you have to go about claiming yours?

You can buy them for 1 Gil each in Limsa, Gridania and Ul'dah.
