Registration Code Issues

Hello,
I bought FFXIV during early access and received my early access code and started playing. Unfortunately I was forced to stop playing pretty much 3 days after release due to the birth of my kids. Now i'm trying to come back and play but I am unable to activate my account or subscribe. It's asking me for my registration code again and the one I have in my email is not working. I was told new access codes were sent out to people but I did not receive one and this is very disappointing as I paid for the game. If anyone knows a quick fix for this that would be greatly appreciated.

If you bought a digital download it may be on the site you got it from. And grats for the kids :)

Nope I bought it right off square enix and i'm trying to go to findmyorder.com and type in my information and it says there is no such order.... Well that doesn't make sense because I have the email in my inbox with the old activation code
