Advanced Jobs Suggestion

Hello!
Well I wanted to suggest the entry of new classes in Advanced FFXIV shaped Jobs. For example: when you reach level 50 of Thaumaturgo able to make a side quest that you get the possibility of a new class, such as the BlackMage, Arcanist or whatever, good would be better than simply being able to choose it in the beginning as others are.

My other suggestion is that the accessories have potential protective effects against status as an accessory that protects against percentage poison, paralyze, silence etc. and also the increase in slots for accessories because we can never use, earrings, bracelets and rings at same time, because of the slot costs.
