WHM LF Coil group
I am a relic +1 WHM just looking for a group of people that play around the same time I do.
Mon-Friday about 9pm PST for a couple of hours.
I play a little longer during the weekend.
Have not been in the coil yet but I am looking forward to it!
Post here or send me a tell in game.

Just about what I expected....
BUMP

Those raid hours are...rough to play with.
-
I play a couple hours every night on the west coast.
I wouldn't say that's TO bad. Friday and Sat. I play for 3 or 4 hours.
Just need to find a FC with members in my timezone I guess.
I don't think that it should be to hard to organize an 8 man raid that has a relatively short time limit.
Its not like back in the day...organizing a 40 man raid lol.

It's harder than you think. Getting pug healers post 9pm PST is hard for a couple reasons: Probably not online, already doing it with someone (FC/LS) else. It's doable, but not reliable for weekly clears. Honestly you're best bet is to sit in MD and /shout. Or maybe Costa/Wineport. Sometimes there are groups there lfm.
Edit: Lodestone checked you! /stalker You're in CoHH, what's keeping you from raiding with them? Honest question as I thought they had groups in coil.
-
Just one group. I guess we are working on another but they already have healers slotted.
I'm starting to see where all the "No Coil in DF" hate is coming from.
I would rather be puging it with randoms getting practice at least, rather than nothing at all.
-
Coil's the endgame raid, if it was in the DF and didn't have lockouts, there would be no point in it. Sure, it's not fair, but it's also not fair to the people who dedicate time to practice it and grind it out.
-
How is my ability to access a dungeon with random people not fair to those that have a dedicated party?
Lockouts are fine.
I didn't say I expect to beat it with randoms, would just like to get IN and get some practice at the least.

It's the endgame raid man. Any response I dignify back to you will sound elitist, so I apologize in advance, but here's the thing: Endgame content is just not puggable in the beggining. When you're in the hardest raid in the game currently, you should be expected to be in an organized group to do the content due to well, the gear gap that coil has and the difficulty of the raid. I love casual players, the FC that I run has a bunch of them, alongside our 40 raiders that go into coil daily, but that's why CC is coming out. Endgame that the casual can do efficiently without needing an organized group. If you want to raid, just keep doing what you're doing and look for a FC that has slots for those times as a healer. Use reddit.com/r/ffxivrecruitment if you need more to branch out to.
