Allow for +2 and +3 HQs

To add a little variety in the market as well as give crafters something to strive for...

A normal HQ right now is so easy to get that they're really not even special. A +2 or 3 could be based partially off skill, requiring the synth to go beyond it's max Quality, and partially off luck so that it doesn't become too easy to get.

Honestly, I'm all about making it harder but please no random luck with the +'s -.-

No, then you end up with the +1, +2, +3 system of 1.0, and that was just stupid. Then we could go back to the 3 tier's of materia for each tier! Seriously, it was a bad idea from the start, the base HQ is a much better system overall because it allows for more consistency in terms of stat progression and market value, and less spaces in your inventory.

No. That was a garbage choice for 1.0. Hope it never comes back.

Honestly, all I'm seeing is "no because stupid". This is not a valid reason. Crafting is WAY too easy as it is right now, and +1s values keep going further down. +2s and +3s will add more variety to the market, and add something for crafters to strive for. Rather than to LolEZModeHQ.

Ok how about no because then no one would buy anything but max level HQ and it would turn into "LF +3 TANKS ONLY" ect

And then people come to forum to QQ how they never got lucky to make +2/3 and noone wants them in their party..... I like the system the way it is. It's only loleasymodeHQ once you've put in the work to level appropriate classes for the skills. Who to say in the future they won't give new recipes that are higher level/have higher HQ ratings then for the love of god, people have to do it manually again. Random luck says nothing about skills. I used to play a game where the mats make the stuffs and then it's based on your luck that you get +0 to +10. It was so tedious trying to craft over and over again knowing there's nothing I could've done differently to boost the chances. No thanks. If you prefer XI system, go back to XI.

Honestly I think crafting is fine the way it is. People are complaining about how HQ is basically the new normal but you just can't pick a craft and start cracking out high quality items. It takes a decent investment of time to level multiple crafts to be able to consistently hq items. I personally think it is working as intended. HQ items just separate the casual crafters from the dedicated, and that's fine.
