How long to reactivate my account after renewing my subscription?
Hi. I initially registered my payment method for automatic renewal before my subscription would begin. (Which would be Nov.2 2013) I received an email from SE stating that they have encountered an error with my payment method and that my account would be cancelled. I have updated my account with another payment method, however my subscription/account says 'inactive' still. Do I have to wait a period of time until I am charged for renewing my sub and my account reactivated or should it be automatic?
This is very upsetting bc I cannot play until this is resolved... :/
