Multiclasser Looking for Active Relic and Beyond FC

I am currently looking for a new home.

In terms of progression, I'm behind the curve. I don't have any BCB experience nor do I have my relic and most FCs recruiting are asking for both. I haven't started my relic yet simply because I'd prefer to do it with other people working toward the same goal rather than random people (... that and I'm not a fan of duty finder).

I'm looking for an active, friendly group that wouldn't mind adding an inexperienced raider/member to their roster. Please note: I am not asking to be carried. I want to learn the content and I enjoy a challenge, even if it means wiping countless times.

Miscellaneous Stuff

• Most of my MMO career has been spent as a tank (6+ years as a bear druid in WoW)
• I enjoy playing white mage, monk, paladin, and black mage.
• Most of my i70 gear is on my white mage and monk, but I'm more than willing to gear up the other two if that's what your need is.
• Not looking for raid leaders with anger issues (calling someone out on a mistake is fine; berating them isn't).
• I have very flexible hours of availability and my attendance would be close to 99.5%.
• I do have a microphone.
