When is the Musketeer Class happening?

Ok, I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but if you go to the Marauder's Guild in Limsa Lominsa, it was clearly supposed to be split into 2 Guilds. Evidence of this is as follows:
-Next to the 2 axes symbol on the front is a two guns symbol
-There is another receptionist counter across from the Marauder receptionist
-There is a guard with guns standing next to the Marauder guard out front
Combine that evidence with the facts that I heard a Musketeer class was originally planned for the game, that Limsa is the only city with just 2 classes native to it, and that there are plenty or NPC's walking around with guns and nothing else, I think it's fairly obvious that SE is still wanting a Musketeer class, but DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO PUT IT IN!!?? Please if you have ANY clue, tell me.
