How can I change my appearance?

I have 32 suscription days and I havent a Veteran Reward with Fantasia potion.

That's odd, you should automatically qualify for the veteran rewards upon reaching that subscription milestone. Login to your account on the Mogstation and check if it says 'Veteran Reward: 30 days' under the list of bonuses on your account.

If it does, the reward items (including the Fantasia) is sent to you in game via the Moogle Delivery Service.

If it doesn't list the veteran reward on your account, I'm not sure what the problem could be, other than maybe your payment method (ala credit or debit card) hasn't yet clicked from the free trial period (in which case, it will only register the veteran reward at 30 days after the trial period ends).

The only way around this sadly is to switch to another method like prepaid time cards or Crysta which will automatically register the Veteran Reward to your account.

I had the subscription of 30 days to purchase the game. Now I updated my subscription automatically with a VISA credit card, but nothing changed.

Dumb question, but do you log out of the game or do you just AFK? I don't think the rewards stuff gets sent/updated till you log off.
