Was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of the math and/or parsing data for BLM's with Firestarter procs? What i'd like to see is overall DPS for two situations:
1) Fire 1 is cast as fast as possible which causes Firestarter procs to be used every other Fire 1 maximum.
2) BLM waits for GCD to be completely finished between Fire 1 casts in order to use Firestarter procs immediately.
Sorry if this is unclear...but I think BLM's at least will understand what I'm talking about.
i'm trying to convince someone that the first situation results in overall higher DPS than delaying your Fire 1 casts to see if Firestarter proc'd.
Hoping someone has parsed this or at least has some probability-to-dps math they can throw up.
