Microphone System
I would like to have a in game mic system at least for parties and raids, if anything. As of late I have noticed people and including myself are having more a difficult time getting coil or primal runs if we don't have a Vent. aka team speak on PC or cell phone. We should not be forced into downloading something we don't feel at ease with. I hope Development staff implement something soon for the sake of those who don't trust such programs like Vent.

for this game i think this is very much needed. with ps3 players playing with pc players, i dont see why this isnt a much bigger deal. vent, ts, and comms are all kind of normal for pc players on all mmo's. even when a game has voice built in, everyone still ends up in vent. but to make someone pull out their comp to use vent while playing a game on the ps3 is rly dumb imo. buy a game for ps3 that is for pc also, but still have to have the pc there with me while im playing on the ps3 anyway? think this is something that should rly be added to this game soon.

Players not having CE (more specifically the keygen therein) and interrested in account security will get the key gen app.
So with your smartphone on hand, why not just download TS?
I'm playing on PS3 with my iPad on hand for TS.
It's funny how people are "afraid" of Teamspeak, yet I can relate, as I was one of them just 2 years ago XD

I know this topic has already been addressed but I'd like to revive it.
I personally find it unacceptable that there isn't already an in-game microphone system. The back-handed comment made by Enix was flawed when it was made.
As a PS3 consumer I feel under-represented, leading to PC users getting another edge over console users...
I commend your attempt, it's innovational and exactly what the market needs, a company thinking about the consumers best interests, but if you're going to do it, do it properly.
The idea of having a PC sat next to me for communication is ridiculous, and to be honest I think it makes it look more like Square Enix are cheaping out rather than looking out for the interests of new players. (Which I presume was your intention?) Where as, speaking as one of those new players, the lack of a voice facility just made it more confusing.
I feel it's only fair to notify you that I intend to form a petition requesting the aforementioned facility.
