Good Evening!
I'm just wondering as to why the majority of maintenance times as of late seem to occur during 12-5 P.M. Pacific Time (Aside from emergency ones).
I thought I saw something stated a while ago that maintenance times would be balanced between the EU,JP, & NA time zones. But they just seem to always be shoved into the 12-5 pm Pacific Time, much like what happened with FFXI.
Input on this would be appreciated!

Yeah, this is 2300-0400 for me - I'm happy with this. XI used to be 2000/2100 depending on summer/wintertime.
I'd also be really happy with 1200-1700 - means there maint is finished by the time I leave work! -

There is a very simple answer to this. That would be morning time in Japan, when there are people working. It is done in the morning so that they can deal with any issues with the maintenance during the working day. To do it at another time of day would be less than conveninent.
