Still unable to transfer servers

Why is it that even after the launch of paid server transfers, I'm still not able to do so.... SE seems to care less about the matter. I've tried everyday since the launch of free transfers, called SE, and all they can say is "keep trying." Now I'm getting fed up and am considering quitting the game because I can't play with my friends... who also may end up quitting. I've completed all the required steps: dropped Free company, checked retainer and calamity salvager, dropped friends list, used the free character creation potion, not in an instanced zone. The only thing I can think of is the server in question (Excalibur) which is still allowing for character creation, but not transfers.... Is anyone else having these problems and getting no help from SE? Stop focusing on stupid events and fix the shit that matters.... empower your customer support to do more than piss me off... and let them actually address, investigate, and fix issues, in that order..... end rant.
