I think he said FFXI was a good game.

I think he said the RMTs will start a real estate business when housing will come and screw everyone.

First part is an interesting concern about how Gil Sellers might buy out all the housing plots on release.

The rest of it is praising FFXI as some kind of Messiah of the MMO world.

The houses that comes with 2.1 are for FC. Private houses come later.

1. A FC have many people. They can share the cost to make it cheaper. If the plot cost 2m and the FC have 50 members, then it would be only 40k for each one.
2. Yoshida want to make it easier to earn Gil ingame with 2.1
