Movement impaired during Dungeons

Not sure If I am posting this in the right place but I seem to have issues with my location not registering on the servers but only during Instances like the Primals or Coil. This annoys me greatly because I get through the mechanics and do my part but it will never be known because I will get hit by everything because I rubberband back into the aoe.

My ISP has been contacted many times and they say they see nothing wrong on their end. I know a few European players that have had this issue and I am wondering what I can do to fix this.

I do have a firewall on my router and I cannot remove it because of work. If someone thinks that I can allow FF through and it will help, please let me know how to do so.

Have you tried a tracert to see where the problem is?
