World FATES/Quests

I think it would be awesome to have world FATES/Quests that involve the whole server across various zones that have multiple phases.

The question would be what the rewards would be, and I would think that by completing the world fate, all players would receive a buff, plus other various world benefits. Different world fates would offer different buff rewards.

Some ideas off the top of my head:
Reduced Rates
Increased Gil Find
Reduced Gear Ware
Increased EXP
Increased Gathering
Increased Crafting

Anyway, just a thought I would share.

What, FATE trains to cap in 2-5 days isn't enough? Why not submit a petition to SE where you can pay them, say, $250 and have all classes capped and full AF gear for all and capped choco with rank 10 in all 3 aspects.

No, just no. It's bad enough being in Coerthas or whichever Black Shroud zone Odin pops in when 2/3 of everyone online descend on that zone. I'm not interested in having that happen across multiple zones either in succession or simultaneous. Also the buffs are unnecessary, if not overpowered.
