[:Petition:] Please allow Non-Legacy Characters to transfer back.

This post comes in want of players that don't want to be stuck on a Legacy world. Yes we understand that there would be a problem with the economy, but the 5mil gil cap would already solve this. Even if players bought tons of items and took them with them to a Non-Legacy world, it's not like the people there would have enough gil to buy them and the economy wouldn't be changed overnight with some extra Grade 4 Materia on the marketboards...

So in effect this is for all those who want to get back because they didn't realize how bad Legacy servers are compared to Non-Legacy...
