Game keeps crashing when doing these two things

Final Fantasy keeps crashing on me at two different times. The first is when i click a players name and click on there search info. It has happend to be a afew times.

The second and this ALWAYS happens! When i am at the main menu screen and i tab out and am gone for long enough that the intro movie starts to play whenever i tab back into the game i hear the intro movie playing but then the game crash's.
If i click on opening movie it plays fine and can watch it.
