my friend's account need help!GM come in plz!

I played FF14 for 2 months with my good friend.He installed the One-Time smartphone application in his Apple mobile phone,but few days ago he upgraded his mobile phone and lost his Emergency Removal Password!So he can't log in his account and the game!That is a tragedy!He wrote a few email letters to SE but never get the useful reply!

His account ID is granzonff.The Ticket Number he wrote before is 3060089 and 3070774,plz check it!

He is really need to remove Software Token from HIS account,if not he will NEVER play the game again!So I ask your help to help him!

BTW:WTF why SE reply player's request is so fking SLOW and never get the useful reply!

There is a way, that's what the Emergency Removal Code is for, it's why SE provide it and tell you to LOOK AFTER IT AND STORE IT SECURELY!

If he's lost it then he'll simply have to open a Customer Account ticket and wait patiently.

BTW, your knowledge of English expletives seems pretty good.

I would contact them by chat. Probably they'll want to verify the account ownership.
