Not sure if this is the right forum to post in, but does anyone have any idea when the server restrictions will be lifted so that i can transfer to where my friends are playing?
Im currently on a legacy world and they are on non-legacy. I thought with the opening of paid transfers i would finally be able to move. Yet the restrictions are still in place.
anyone have any ideas?
If you are on a legacy server you cannot get off, but they can get onto a Legacy server. I think it has something to do with they don't want all the legacy players accumulated gil ruining new economies
They planned for the legacy servers to be unable to transfer to a newer server for a few months so that the newer servers can stablize their economy, least this was my understanding of the situation. :confused:
APPARENTLY in some obscure live letter way back before the game was even released they stated legacy players would not be able to move to a non legacy server until 6 months after the game launched. No real date has been given and from what Ive seen S.E. has given no statement on when a date will be set or even if it will be free for us stuck.
That makes me sad.
