Duty Finder Suggestion - Ability to Kick

Hi All,

After recently running dungeons, I've found there's been a few players who start the dungeon and just do nothing, no movement, not even a 'hi' in the chat to tell us all they're even there.

A couple of minutes of this is okay really, but when it's pushing 10 minutes from the start, or when the new players join the duty, it's getting beyond a joke.

Can we bring in a system to kick players from Duties? It will solve a lot of headaches suffered by those of us just wanting to get in and get it done.

Oh and if the party leader is the one whose absence/idiocy is hurting the party, a vote to kick where the other party members must agree to kick the party leader from the duty.
