AH ideas to improve the Hall of Zombies

- Each ward has a central AH to sell non-crafted items.

- Add regional limits on certain goods being sold at the AH.
- Meaning some items appear globally and some only appear in that city. Heavy taxes on globally purchased goods.

- Allow for trading items for items in the AH.
Guess that would make it a trading post and not an AH right?

- Ability to allow retainer to "work" at a specific NPC shops in the wards.
- Example :
A weapons shop with a list of player made weapons being sold. When someone picks an item being sold by a retainer, that retainer appears at the counter with the weapon and any other weapons being sold by it.

The retainer then earns exp which can be used to upgrade it (i.e reduce tax rate, increase inventory space, etc). Exp can be based on what was sold, number of times that retainer appeared, or whatever makes it balanced and safeguarded from tricks to circumvent the process.

Only limited items that fit that shop type can be sold there. This should also allow purchasing of more retainers without bulking up the wards. (Potential revenue increase SE and reducing congestion wink wink)

- Party shops
- Allow groups of players to operate 1 shop and consolidate items (like a mini AH)

I get a little creeped out at all lifelessness in the wards. Needs some background noise like people talking/shopping etc. The retainers need something to do. Please comment, flame, or otherwise ignore my post. Thanks

Why don't we just rename it to Hall of Zombies.

That's actually a really good name that accurately captures what it is. If we did that people would be like "What's that?" "Oh that's the Hall of Zombies." "Huh.. ya that fits." And then everything would be just peachy.

Assuming that player companies aren't just mini-faction things, I was under the impression that we'd be able to have company & LS shops.

Yea, I kinda dig that idea. Something a little more fleshed out than just a hallway. After adding the new features to search and locate a specific NPC, it serves no purpose to have them standing around in the middle of the Psych Wards other than to delay you from reaching the NPC. Who goes NPC to NPC anymore?

Having a point where you can just summon another players retainer makes more sense now. Using the wards for expanded player run shops seems better. Having streets and mulit- level corridors where players can make a virtual town of shops would be cool to see.

I bet even some players would spend more time taking care of their business than running around hacking and slashing. SE has potential to have a game within game.

They should open a window from other side of entering HoZ "Hall of zombies" and retainers are the role to sell your stuff... if u dont have retainer in HoZ,you wont have anything in AH window to sell... and ppl can browse from the windows ... not from entering the wards
