Anyone know what she[Raya-O-Senna] is wearing?

I would certainly wear it. Specially if it could be dyed.

it's not an item in the game, if that's what you're asking. Most major NPCs get unique appearances.

she is wearing cloth..i guess anyone could tell ;)
i guess is unique npc clothing, wish they make it available for player too

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that she's wearing some kind of jacket or robe ;)

No but seriously, there's probably no actual item name for her apparel. I'm pretty sure it only exists for her character, but maybe if lots of people ask SE to put it in-game as some kind of special reward/costume, they'd do it eventually...

For anyone who is truely curious there is no .dat for this set of clothing for any of the playable races it only appears on her character model like much NPC gear usually does.

What ever it is, she might have an update later? I want the armor from NERO TOL SCAEVA, for my Dragoon/Warrior.

or it may be as someone pointed out something specially for her and she will be the only one that ever wears it
