while i'm sure we've all (well a lot of us?) have met the force-D/Cer, I doubt reporting it would do anything. they can just claim it was a legitimate D/C
First world problems.
OP, you can't be serious.
i like that siggy ^
but then how can you make difference between Rage DC and real DC?
Once my PS3 decided it was a great time to freeze while in a boss fight in AK and I had to reset
I would be pissed if in addition to be kicked out of the dungeon I also got a report for it...
It asks the leader if you want to kick someone if they been logged out like 5 min.
surely it does, but how does that really .help. anyone?
I'm not sure how often you queue as 'in progress' for ... say... the morbol hest. tank quitting means waiting another hour for the DPS, on top of the 15 min penalty, since the force D/C didn't technically leave (which is why they do it. they hope you kick them after 5 min)
I've 'counter-trolled' someone like that before, actually. I convinced my group to stay for the 15 min the penalty would be anyway. we waited about 10 minutes and the tank came back. guess what? exactly. he left the group.
Yeaaaahh, I've done that before too. They'll come back, don't say a word, and then poof, gone. Good stuff. :p
Bluntly, I think it's sad that this game has gotten to the point where if the run doesn't go perfectly, people have to up and quit instead of giving it another go. It's *exceptionally* common in Garuda. One failed run and suddenly people vanish. In the 15 mins you had to suffer because you're huffy, you could've won on a retry. Instead you cost the other 3 (7) people a run because you can't be bothered.
In before "why should I suffer through a bad group" argument.
