This story quest is bugged at the moment. While wearing the specified garments you can not talk to Flame Captain Knerl, and can not progress with the game. I am not the only one that's stuck at this point in the story progression, having seen several other players asking if the quest was broken. I submitted something to the support desk almost 12 hours ago, and have heard nothing in return, nor can I find any place to check my ticket.
