Bug quest not completing Order of twin Adder Gilding the Bilious

Hi I am currently having a bug while doing the Grand Company quest (Order of twin Adder) Gilding the Bilious.Once I am finished the dungeon THE AURUN VAL and I go back to New Gridana (X:9,Y:11) and speak to Vorsaile Heuloix the quest never completes. I click complete to get my 1366 seals but the quest never completes. I can try this numerous times and the quest never completes. I am currently playing the ps3 version in World server Malboro. Am I the only one that has this issue?

Pls help I'd really like to get My Grand company Promotion.
