Attune to the aetheryte at natal an.. After attune. It say duty now accessible, but it is untrue.

Make sure you have an open inventory spot when you attune to the aetheryte.

Quests - like "In for Garuda Awakening", the quest that's relevant here - generally won't complete if the player doesn't have at least one open inventory spot. This is because currency rewards (gil, seals, etc.) are treated as items, even though they aren't kept in the inventory, so the game checks for an open inventory spot when the quest is turned in. If there isn't one, it won't complete the quest.

Actually is because my ak was not completed. They don't allow Garuda if ur ak not complete.. They allow the if lid though...
