ps3 dungeon glitch where mobs or party members stay still

Has to be ps3 limitations or something cause my wife plays next to me on pc and it does not glitch.

I just be moving along and the mobs or party members stay in one place. They can be a room apart on ps3 screen but on pc screen there right next to each other
