Mining node acting a little funky

Location:
Northern Thanalan at 22X, Y27.

Bug:
So you know the striking sound you get when you hit a rock and the sparks that fly up? This one particular node keeps having this animation with sound occurring on 10 second intervals. It almost acts as if a person is under ground mining it non stop.

Steps:
Left the zone and came back. Logged out and back in, and it's still doing it. It's only this node.

Edited: Never mind now all of them down here are doing it. It's as if someone is hacking to be underground and unseen so you can't report them.

Your assumption about a hack is probably correct
