[FIX PLEASE] MAJOR BUG in crafting need to be fixed ASAP

Steady hands only provides 10% increase success rate it supposed to give you 20%

Pretty sure it's been confirmed to give 20% but the tooltip is just wrong. (Basically a typo)

(Also, anyone know if the bonuses are cumulative percentage or formulated after XYZ bonus is applied first?)

I believe tests have shown that it's added together, so Steady Hand 2 used with a 70% Success rate increases it to 100% rate, rather than 30% of 70%.

Yeah that's true, but it's got nothing to do with what this topic is about.
