Crafting Suggestion (Easier Job Swap)

I am trying to level all of my crafting jobs and there is a feature where you can see all the other jobs and crafts that you can make and there levels ect... This is a great feature, however when it comes to crafting those items you need to log out of the current job and go under that character to create the item... I get the whole need to be that character to create/meld that item and am fine with that... But if you choose a job class and a item to craft there should be a feature implemented that you can change to that job class without abandoning the current one... Example... I am a carpenter and need to create a maple short bow this requires 1 Ice Shard, 1 Wind Shard, 1 Hempen Yarn and 1 Maple Lumber... Now for the crystals they are automatic so no problem... For the lumber i'm already that job class so no problem... But for the hempen yarn, i must first look through the job classes find out who can make it (if i don't know its a weaver)... And then rather than having the option to switch to weaver through that convenient menu, I need to log out the crafting phase and then do a character select choose the weaver create the hempen yarn quit the crafting phase go to character select and choose the carpenter again in order to finish the craft... It would be a lot easier if we could just switch to the character in that convenient menu...
