It may be too late for this suggestion this year, but I would love to see a gingerbread man minion for Christmas. The cactuar minion could be reskinned brown with gumdrop buttons for it. The shape, size, and behavior of the cactuar minion would translate well to the gingerbread man minion in my opinion.
