Carpenter Nerfed Craftsmanship/Control Stats

Following the emergency maintenance the early morning of 10/24, I noticed something happened to my 50 CRP's craft/control stats - they dropped over 100 each! As a result, I wasn't able to make basic spruce lumber, to my shock. It's as if I wasn't wearing any gear, which I am (all HQ equipment, half of which is fully melded). And what makes it obviously weird is that my other 50 DoH skills remain unaffected.
