Steps:
1. Choose Blue for Free Company Announcements
2. Text for members logging in and out are Blue for the first few moments
3. Text for members logging in and out turns to Light Blue and stays that way even though Blue is still selected for Free Company Announcements
4. Choose another colour, click apply.
5. Repeat from step 1.
