Suggestions! Groups!

Here's the second one I have though of...

Second: I believe this is being addressed in 2.1 already, but I'd like to mention it anyways. When doing Primal Hard Modes and losing a party member, it's very counter-intuitive to not be able to recruit new members to replace people who leave or get perma d/c'd. On that same note, I'd love to see a vote-kick function or something of that nature. The other night, we were running an Ifrit Hard Mode in which an off-tank decided they would not contribute because they felt the Main tank wasn't good enough. So they told us in chat they would not stun the Eruption move. Naturally, it caused us trouble. As a Dragoon, I did my best to make up for the difference but having a member of the team decide to do nothing is detrimental to any team effort. Had we been able to first vote them off, and second replace them - we would of had a better experience and not had to pick up any slack.

I would also love to see the duty finder be cross-world capable. It would drastically reduce wait times to do an instance, and as people are entering an instance anyways, they don't need to be on the same world to group up. I know for myself, it was difficult to continue on with the main quest as there was no one willing to do the first duty with me.
