So, I am connecting at 64Kbps

And I swear it doesn't lag!

In this third world digital Country I'm born and live, called Italy, my connections are all 3G. I am using an internet key (ping to Google 50-60ms, not horrible) but my ISP screwed up and it blocked the connection to 64Kbps. I tried to connect with my mobile phone (ping to Google 200-300ms. HORRIBLE) and it was lagging as never. So I gave it a try at 64Kbps. I knew already it consumes less bandwidth than that, but apart from long times to load the login page and a couple of failures it plays as a dream. Even in crowded FATEs.

Here, just as an info for the technical nerds. :)
