Hi so I'm fairly new, but there's a problem with instances...

I recently started 3 days ago and have chosen a Gladiator because tanking is a challenge for me, but I've logged in and tried to enter the main story instance and it'll load... black screen, loading symbol... and stay there forever. I have to close the game itself to get out of it. This also happens when I tried the CNJ lvl 5 class quest.

Is anyone have this problem too? Is that what the follow-up maintenance is for? :S
