Hey. Going to keep it simple:
Case: Bugged NPC, can't turn in tradeleves
Where: Saint Coinach's Find (X:30, Y:12)
How to check: Take one of tradeleves (for example "Red letter day"), and try talking to NPC, nothing happens, cant complete quest.
Tried restarting, abandoning and taking new quest (my allowance :( ). Didnt work.
