most populated as I found is proly moogle

Moogle seems to be by far the most crowded. Phoenix and Odin have very healthy communities as well.

You should also check which one has a language you speak, if any. Shiva for example is populated by Germans and French, in Ragnarock and Moogle you find the Italians.
