Balance Issue: Sprint should not take TP
Currently in FFXIV, sprint has a 30 second cooldown, that gives you 20 seconds of sprint, but uses all TP.
Discipline of War classes are at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to using sprint. DoW need TP to use their damage dealing abilities.
Now then Discipline of magic do not use TP for anything since their main resource is MP for all their spells. They are freely able to use sprint without any negative side effects.
I would suggest eliminate the TP cost of sprint to even the playing field between DoW and DoM classes. Having every job to 50, I can tell you its very useful on several boss fights to be able to sprint out of stuff, which I can't do on a melee class because then I lose all my TP and will do bad damage, or not be able to use ws for quite some time.
