Can't Log in

So quick question, my free-time expired, I logged into the Mog Station and clicked proceed to payment, entered my information and they charged my account 1 dollar but when I view my account it still says inactive and I am still not able to log in. Is their a delay in processing that I am not aware of or did I miss a step?

The $1 is to make sure you have funds in your account. You will get it back after 3-5 days. Your payment method isn't being accepted by SE. I had the same problem, there are alternative payment methods such as ultimate game card or western union. I ended up going the crysta route with ultimate game card.
