Where there is smoke quest bug

Time: Roughly happened first time at 7:00pm(gmt+2)
Frequency: Always
World name: Shiva
Character name: Anul Strider
NPC name: Destination
Monster name:
Class/Level: Lance 27-28
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: dont remember
Area and coordinates: Eastern Thanalan (logged out already, near the northeast corner of the area)
Steps: (PS3) Choose smoldering coal item at destination, thats it!



I'm unable to use the Smoldering Coal at the Destination on top of the rock because I keep getting interrupted for no apparent reason.
Since this is a Main senario quest I'm unable to carry on playing without it, it needs to be solved quickly :/

Also getting this bug on the same server. Seems like everybody on the server is unable to progress past this in the main quest.

Please resolve asap!

Yes this has been bugged since yesterday at least.

It main story quest line so effectively no one can progress in game whilst this is bugged.
