Summoner -- DET vs. CRT

For summoner has anyone gone through the math and figured out which one seems to be more worthwhile to prioritize?

Is there a cap on either one?

Does anyone know their relative weights in the damage formula?

I have been going under the assumption of getting more CRT but now I have considered doing more research to make sure that this is correct.

Any useful links to data that I could use (damage formula, stat tests) would be appreciated as well.

Caps? 100% crit is a probable cap.
But seriously, no caps have ever been confirmed or debunked - there is no solid proof yet.

I personally stack crit and scoop up whatever determination along the way.
