The time to watch is between 0:50 - 0:52. You will see that both Berserk and Bloodbath are cast & CD's are triggered, but Bloodbath does not actually stick. I have had this happen in reverse as well, where Bloodbath will stick but Berserk will not. It will typically happen at least once an hour, sometimes more.

Heya.

I've been experiencing similiar or the same issue as person above me.

What is happening?
TL;DR version: Sometimes using skill triggers cooldown/global-cooldown and that skill does nothing

Long version:
I've been experiencing a strange thing happening when you use skills in rapid succesion. As a monk I have a lot of OFF-global-cooldown skills (DPS buffs, stuns and other cross class skills). Sometimes when I try to use that skill after previous normal skill(which triggers global cooldown) that skill goes on cooldown without any effect.
I noticed that following skills are affected:

1. Mercy stroke - lvl 26 marauder skill - 'execute'/damage skill
2. Perfect Balance - lvl 50 Monk skill - self buff
3. Blood for blood - lvl 34 lancer skill - self buff

At first I thought I may be missing the skill (due to low accuracy), but when this happened to self buffs i thought it may be a bug (or self buffs can be missed when used? xD)

My hypothesis:
Something is not right somewhere between using normal skill, its animation ending and triggering off-gcd skill.
High latency may be causing this too..

Replying to this thread cause the other one was locked. I am also a Monk having the same issues as both OP and Shraen.

The Issue
Any ability that is off the global-cooldown is sometimes able to be pressed during the animation of another ability, which will cause the ability to go on cooldown yet not actually cast.

For bug report formality purposes, listed are some of the abilities that trigger this bug:
Featherfoot
Internal Release
Blood For Blood
Perfect Balance
Bloodbath
Invigorate
Foresight
Steel Peak

These are just the abilities I use as a Monk that cause this issue, but it really can apply to any class' abilities that are off the GCD.
