Botting DD on pillar

When is something going to be done about the bots at DD on the pillar?

Getting very unfair and bans for players standing in that spot need to be given. Simple data search to find them.

That or have an active GM in game checking and taking action.

I'd like to see something done about the pillar abuse too.

Either change the model so players can't stand on them or let mobs run up there too.

People can get hit there. I heard about this and tried jumping up there with my BLM I'm leveling and started doing Fire 2s, and there is a ranged type mob that was hitting me. Not sure if there are ways around that but just something I noticed.

How is it unfair? Everyone else just happens to be standing on the ground and not getting hit practically doing the same thing. Those ppl are skipping Fates and DD itself and therefore getting far less xp than you.

Because in most of these cases, its probably a bot and not a human doing the work.

1. bots would need to get to 50 in the first place.
2. have you ever tried asking questions? i have and have always gotten non bot related responses.
3. it would be the same with using the house. i have seen players abuse the hell out of that instead of the pillars and it works about the same.
4. Why does everyone think its so unfair when you can do it yourself? no one is stopping you. lol

Why do you even care? This does not affect you in the slightest.

They do this mainly to level Chocobos. The is the developers fault for making that entire system so terrible.

Admittingly I am a person who's started standing there just spamming Aero or Holy while watching a movie or something in windowed mode. I'm leveling my Chocobo based on how horrifying it is to be leveling that, and Urth's Gift was a great area but I found it hard to watch something and be tagging enemies, running around and etc at the same time.

I find a lot of parties, whether at the Pillars or in Urth's Gift just don't plain respond. It isn't necessarily botting but, I don't know. I usually respond if I'm party leader but when I'm not I just keep spamming tab and 2.

sometimes its a spiritbonding party and choco leveling.
