Now that you moved my complained in duplicate thread....????

What happens now about my complaint when it is moved into the duplicate bug section? nothing??? not even a response to acknowledge the problem?! what kind of service is this?

Steps:
1. Raided the Turn 1 of Binding Coils of Bahamut
2.Defeated the boss Caduceus
3.Opened the chest for loot, chose the NEED option for the monk loot “allagan trousers of striking”, other party members passed for that loot
4. Was unable to acquire the item. Inventory slots were not full. Saw no other problem but a bug. Got Stucked in the dungeon, had to relog in the whole party to be able to resume.

Rolled item was not received by player.
My raid group ran The Binding Coil of Bahamut turn 1 on 23/10/2013 and we managed to defeat the boss. The boss dropped Suit of heavy Allagan armor upon defeat. But this item was not received by both my tanks Mahomuti and Sylar even though they rolled need on it. Instead it was deemed unable to obtain the item. Kindly take necessary actions to rectify the situation. Thank you!

Same issue happened in my raid. Kindly rectify this

I believe I have seen a few similar posts. They are looking into this. Just cause they don't reply does not mean they aren't trying to figure it out.
