I see queues like that all the time as healer. It depends entirely one time of day/timezone, duty finder group, and specific dungeon. And yeah. It always wants to pop when I am gone for even 30 seconds. ;)

I've found that the best way to force your queue to pop is to go grab a drink, or switch to a crafting class and begin making something. I'm certain a bio break will also do the trick ♥

They should put 90 seconds wait - that would give everyone enough time to get out of battles or crafting and put back the armors.... Absolutely no reason why they are not increasing the waiting time at all.
