Unable to transfer worlds

Having read through the info give in this link ; there is nothing about a 3 day lockout from transfers. I moved an alt to a server (Sargantos) where friends are playing. When I went to move my main I found there is a 3 day wait after using the service (which has now ended, and I have to wait untill paid service is active).

Had this been properly explained in the link above I would have just transferred my main and deleted the alt. I did contact support about thisbut have only received an automated response.

And yes , this lack of information, especially on page you are directed tofor details, makes me angry.
